A good car wash comes down to two things: the wash and the vacuum. My experience at the Wash Guys in The Colony (off FM 423 and 121) is the exact opposite of their Aubrey location. The vacuums here are absolutely fantastic with incredible suction, making it a breeze to get a deep interior clean. However, the lot is smaller, which means the wash tunnel is noticeably shorter. Because it's such a fast wash with limited space and time for drying, I consistently drive away with water streaks, spots, and even dirt stains that haven't been fully washed off the exterior. If I need to thoroughly vacuum my car, this is my go-to spot, but the actual exterior wash leaves a lot to be desired.

I went in on a Friday afternoon for an oil change and inspection. I also got a car wash. Everything seemed fine however, over the weekend, I drove two 40 mile outings (round trip). My car was smoking and smelled strongly of oil. I opened my hood on Sunday and saw there was oil leaking/splattering from the filter. This could have been catastrophic to my engine if I had taken a longer trip, I am *hoping* it has not done any damage. I took it in on Monday morning, first thing, and showed the problem, the gentleman told me that the filter was leaking oil (no, really?) and said something to the effect of the filter it was not secured in place. I said "I had the oil change here, you all did this." They had me take seat and worked on it, came back over after 10 minutes or so and told me it was ready. No apologies nor any mention of things I might need to look out for to make sure there was no further damage. They also did not clean off any of the splattered oil under the hood so it was still smoking when I arrived home (less than a mile away)... I have tried to wash off the oil and *hope* that works, otherwise I will take it to a service center and have them look at it to make sure all is ok. I would assume they should run the engine and see that the filter is secured before charging the customer and sending them on their way, but, I guess I will do that from now on. Though I don't plan on returning here.

These guys were awesome. I came here needing a State Inspection after another place complained about having an aftermarket product connected to my OBD Port. They quickly put my car in and not even 10 minutes later it was done. Not only that but they checked to make sure my fluids were topped off and gave me a complimentary car wash. I will definitely be coming back!
