My truck’s CV axle suddenly sheared off, leaving me stranded and in urgent need of a quick repair. From the moment I walked in, Lauren and Matthew took outstanding care of me. They immediately sourced the right CV axle, had the repair underway within 20 minutes, and had me back on the road safely within the hour. Their speed, professionalism, and genuine concern for my situation were truly impressive. On top of the lightning-fast service, the price was very reasonable — honestly better than I expected for such prompt and quality work. I’ve found my new go-to shop. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding experience at Brakes Plus. Lauren and Bobby were both incredible from start to finish. Bobby was extremely thorough with my alignment and clearly cared about getting everything perfect — not just “good enough.” You can tell he takes real pride in his work and wouldn’t settle for anything less than perfection. Lauren was awesome as well — friendly, professional, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Honestly, the entire staff was super cool and welcoming. It’s hard to find shops these days that genuinely care about doing quality work and treating customers right, but this place absolutely does. My husband and I took our car to Brakes Plus at this location and had such a great experience. Matthew was incredibly helpful, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. He made us feel comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish. We were especially impressed that everything was completed in just one day, which made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. The service was honest, efficient, and overall a very smooth experience. We truly left feeling pleased and grateful for the care we received. Even the detailed information for the cars needs made sense all around, and it felt more like home how they pull you to go look at the car with them and visually see for yourself what your car is in immediate or moderate need of. No sales pitch, just simply informative and needed information from the staff all around.

The staff at this Brakes plus are exceptional! They offer assistance above and beyond other auto service locations. Mr William is so knowledgeable and I return to this location because of him.... I no longer go to the dealership because I can get ALL of my maintenance service done here. Lauren was awesome in assisting me with my car budget. There were two other employees there that checked in on me in the waiting area to see if I was comfortable. WOW! Please come to this location!!

I stopped into this location for a wheel alignment and Lauren's bright personality met me at the door. She made sure to have my car checked to see if I needed the alignment at all first (which is free!) and when it turned out that I did, they took care of it (plus an oil change I was due for) in about 30 mins. They were friendly, affordable and efficient. I appreciate the service!
