Please do not take your vehicle here. I brought my vehicle for very minor repair work from a parking lot incident, and they completely ruined the whole side of my car that they were buffing. When I first brought my vehicle home, there were terrible swirl marks, chipped paint, a new grill that didn’t match the existing trim, and they left all their trash (broken trim pieces and the boxes from the new parts) in my car, which was also covered in buffing dust everywhere inside. When I called to talk to them about the quality of work, the service manager acted like I was an inconvenience to him and was wrong. I did bring it back and speak to their GM (who is great) for them to fix it. When they brought it back the second time, it initially looked much better. I’m not sure if they just covered the issues with wax or what happened, but now a couple rains later, the swirl marks are still very evident and look awful where they burned through the clear coat. You can see the exact imprint of a circle from the buffing and it’s the entire driver side of my car. Definitely do not recommend.

I was sent here by my insurance company and couldn’t have had better luck. This place is phenomenal, the front desk girl was patient & informative. I had never been in an accident before or had an insurance claim so I was unsure what the process was, she was very helpful in explaining it all to me. The service manager I worked with, Sal, was great. He was kind, gave me an accurate time estimate, was quick to send me & my insurance company the detailed repair estimate, & got it done faster than promised. When I picked up my car he even started it for a minute so the a/c would cool down in this Texas July heat. The work done to my car is high quality, it honestly looks better than it did before the accident! I also liked that I was able to leave my rental car on their lot instead of trying to get it back to Enterprise. I would 100% recommend this place to others, and will use them again myself if I ever need it!

I have had the best experience with Crash Champions in the Colony. I picked up my car yesterday, and my 10-year-old Lexus looks new. They kept me informed about the work and gave me an accurate time frame for when my car would be complete. Everyone from the receptionist to the person who wrote up the work to the manager who saw me in the lobby said they would take good care of me. I hope you don't have any accidents, but if you do, this is an honest, caring company.

To my surprise, they actually finished the repairs quicker than the initial projection, which was a huge help to my schedule. When I picked up my car, it had been fully detailed—it looked better than it did before the accident! I am extremely impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work.
