I went there because my wind shield wipers looked broken. I met Jose (Joey) and Daniel and they completely surprised me with their AMAZING CUSTOMER CENTERED SERVICE! The check the wiper that looked broken, then Daniel asked me to pop the hood. I immediately thought this is going to get expensive. Daniel and Joey looked at the blade that was loose, Daniel then reached for his drill and tightened the base under the hood where the blade connects. He told me with a smile it was just loose and that’s why the blades got twisted. They didn’t charge me anything and said they were happy to help! This was such a relief for me! I’ve been at places where they try to sell me on additional items when l may not need it because l’m a woman. What a pleasant experience and pleasure to have met them! I’m almost due for an oil change and tire rotation … l will only go to this establishment for all my car needs in the future! Thank you Daniel and Joey! You guys are The Best! Patricia

Went for state inspection. Technician greeted me with a smile, led me know that I could wait inside and about how long it would be. Once done I paid, I was then asked if I would like for my vehicle to be brought around front to save me some walking, since he noticed me limping. I said that I would really appreciate it. It's not my first time getting my state inspection done at this shop, however, it's the first time the technician didn't seem to be in a rush to be rid of customer. So, thank you, I really appreciate it.

Didn’t feel pressured to get services done there but made sure I was aware and showed me the difference between a good air filter and a bad one! 10/10 experience, will go there again.
View on GoogleGot an oil change from this location. Next day, I woke up to pool of oil in my garage. I went back and they were able to deal with the issue. The guy that was helping me said I'm good to go. I let him know again that my garage is covered in oil, so he goes back and gives me several packets of oil absorbents. This was not a proper compensation for what happened, so I asked for the manager. The manager helped out and gave me half off of next oil change. This is the only reason why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. I still feel like this isn't enough of a compensation for all the inconvenience. Now I have to spend time and effort cleaning my garage and won't be able to put my car in the garage for a couple days.
