Prices were fair, and I don’t have anything against the shop itself, but my experience with one employee’s customer service was disappointing. During my first visit, the employee working the afternoon shift did not personally inspect the tires until I directed him to do so. The interaction felt very task-oriented rather than customer-focused or professionally advised. He brought out two used tires that were dirty and in rough condition, and when I questioned the tread quality, the response I received was simply that they were “name brand.” I later returned to purchase new tires instead, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately it felt the same. I was not greeted professionally, and after the installation, the stickers were still left on the tires. When I asked about it, the employee laughed and made a sarcastic comment rather than addressing the concern professionally. Again, this review is not against the business as a whole, just the level of service I personally received from that employee. The overall interaction felt dismissive and lacking basic customer care, which is why I won’t be returning.

I am new in the city and I was living for a tire shop and Lord behold this place I passed up 7 days a week. Fair price and I will return just don't put too much air in my tire this time please. I had to go to discount tire to deflate some of the air out. I drive too much and didn't need a blow out, but overall I'll return.
