Fairly rude over the phone. Wanting me to paint this and paint that when all I am doing is purchasing a brand new primed hood from a reputable auto parts supplier. I don't quite understand the confusion there. I don't know how you can paint the rest of the car, when I specifically stated, I want a new HOOD painted. But I didn't fell like he would even let me talk about what I wanted done, instead it was all about what he wanted to do on MY car.

Bobby answer the phone and has no answers and says I told Arturo to call you, he hasn't yet. It took 2 months to get a supplement quote to my insurance. Nearly 3 weeks after they first told me it would be submitted. I still don't have my car back, or any response after being told it will be ready this week 3 weeks in a row.
