: We went to Raw Wheels and Tires to get tires installed, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The manager, Jay, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and truly went above and beyond. Paige (who I believe handles reception, cashier duties, and orders) was also amazing—very knowledgeable, sweet, and provided excellent customer service. Mario was just as great and made the experience even better. What stood out most was that we expected it to be a simple install and figured if any issues came up, we’d probably have to go somewhere else. Instead, Jay stepped in, helped his crew, made sure everything was taken care of, and made sure we left happy and satisfied. He even told us to reach out in the future if we needed anything and that he’d take care of us. Great customer service like this is rare these days, and I’m so glad we were referred here. They absolutely deserve more attention and recognition. Highly recommend!

View on GoogleEver since Nick left and new management took over this place has gone downhill. Brandon is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I have bought probably 6 PAIRS of tires from them previously and will most definitely take my business elsewhere on the next go round. Would not recommend this place. At least not this branch.
