My 2015 Hyundai Sonata 's trunk paint had started peeling. Adrian took the bull by the horns and processed for manufacturer approval for defective paint. Adrian, John and the Demontrond crew checked my paint and made sure that all surfaces affected were taken care of. Surfaces I wasn't even aware of, I stopped looking. Adrian took care of every detail start to finish. Rental car, all surfaces of the car, the scheduling for actual work and pick up. The results, a car that looks like it just came off the showroom floor. As if that was not enough, Adrian personally hand washed my car prior to pick up. Never expected VIP treatment for a 2015 Hyundai courtesy paint job. Fortunately I have kept the interior of my car in gently used condition. With the new paint job, good interior, and low mileage I feel like I have a new car. Thank you Adrian and everyone that did the actual detailed work at Demontrond's paint shop for all your hard work and attention to every detail. Your exceptional work stands out. Demontrond Collision did a great job fixing our damaged Mazda CX70. The repairs involved significant body work and realignment of the axel on one of the back wheels. Adrian and his team had the car looking as good as new, including blending the paint from the new panels with the old. They kept us updated on the work, had the car ready when we arrived and it's driving really well again. Truly appreciate their hard work and expertise.

This collision center was very fast and professional. Mike and Paul did an amazing job on the work that needed to be done, as well as keeping me informed throughout the entire process. They went the extra mile by detailing my car upon return. Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly. The best part is , they have a lifetime warranty on all of their work. I would definitely recommend this place for any body work.

I had some repair work done on my car through my insurance company back in Sept 2021. I was told that the work was warranted for the lifetime of my having the vehicle. The right side of my bumper has never been all the way in place (as shown in pic 3) the left side of my bumper was fine. Friday (6/13/25) I went out to get in my car and noticed that the left side has completely popped out. So I went to the collision center to see what can be done to get my bumper back on my vehicle. Because of the “scrapes on the bottom of my bumper from (normal wear and tear), pulling into parking spaces w/the cement stopper, scraping the bottom of the bumper PULLING OUT OF THE COLLISION CENTER’s parking lot on to the feeder road that is lower than the parking lot. The gentleman came out to look at my car and immediately told me because of the “normal wear and tear scrapes they will NOT warranty their work. I’m NOT looking for something for free I just want them to warranty their work like they claimed they would do. Never mentioning anything about not warranting something due to normal wear and tear that is CLEARLY just that “normal wear and tear”. If I could give them zero stars
