Not many dealers deserve a five star rating but Cook Ford definitely is a good dealer and deserves a five star rating. Worth the drive for sure!

View on GoogleI brought my 2020 F-150 XLT to Cook Ford for a recall (24E12 PCM reprogramming) and a steering issue. After spending over $3,400 to get the steering fixed, I picked up my truck thinking everything was good. Within one day of the recall being done, my check engine light came on with an emissions fault. When l asked about it, I was told this was "normal" after the recall because now the PCM is able to read codes. But it feels shady that a brand-new problem shows up immediately after a recall reprogramming. Now, I'm being told I might have to pay for even more expensive repairs like a catalytic converter (5k for both) - right after just spending thousands. It's frustrating, stressful, and feels like a never-ending cycle. After looking online, I found many other Ford owners sharing the same experience with this recall on forums like Reddit. That makes me believe this is not an isolated case. I loved my truck before this, but this experience left me feeling taken advantage of. Customers deserve clearer communication, fairer pricing, and accountability from both Ford and its dealerships.
View on GoogleIf it’s possible to give negative stars for the service department, I would. The sun roof has a minor leak, dropped it off late Monday afternoon and was told it would be looked at Tuesday to see if it’s covered under bumper to bumper extended warranty. I called Wednesday afternoon and was told they still haven’t looked at it. Once I told the service rep it’s been more than enough time to look at it and that I needed back soon, she said she would get with the service manager to see if it could be looked right away and that she would call me back shortly. 3hrs later and still no return call, I showed up in person to speak with them in person about the situation and come to find out they still haven’t looked at it. The communication was very unprofessional and miss leading. However, Daniel on the sales side, is jam up. Didn’t pressure me into making a purchase, worked with me on pricing without the back & forth, and got me what I wanted on trade in. If looking for a new or certified pre-owned vehicle I highly recommend going in to sit down with him.
