Try to find them after doing business with them since the 70s. Weren’t able to answer the phone because they were busy. I called a different dealer near me since I’ve moved further north. I was told one price after mentioning the car was a jaguar once I got there, the price increased $50 because it was a jaguar After a 7 o’clock in the morning appointment that when I called at 1:30 they still haven’t touched the car. Was able to contact Chapman’s and they said bring the car. We don’t care what it is same price it has never driven better since I bought it. I’m bringing my other Jaguar and my two super duty Fords. I love Chapman‘s. I am so glad they are still in business after 50 years. It just keeps getting better.

Highly recommend Chapman’s, was very pleased and impressed with my first time experience with them. Everything was super convenient and fast; from making an appointment online and dropping off my keys, to receiving text updates such as my inspection report (complete with pictures & videos) and invoices. I also received a phone call breaking down the inspection report letting me know what was absolutely necessary to repair and what could be fixed at a later date. No harassment whatsoever or pushing of additional services which was nice. Quick turnaround, highly skilled services, and friendly professionalism from everyone including the office employee and the gentleman who I spoke with on the phone. They even sent a check up text later on to see how my vehicle was doing that I appreciated. 5 star experience, would recommend their services and return should I need additional repairs in the future. Thank you Chapman’s!

The Chapmans have been around Texas City for years and so has this business. My truck started the death wobble and Chapmans showed me what was wrong and fixed it on first try. They also repaired my a/c in another truck. Both are two of their specialty services and have all the equipment necessary. The prices were fair to me. I highly recommend.

ABS and traction control lights. Chapman's is knowledgable and thorough. It's never fun to need auto repairs. Chapmans has always been reliable and fair so it stings a little less. It nice having a reliable locally owned and operated business to rely on.
