I cannot recommend Jerrod Cooper at Cooper Automotive enough. A couple of months ago, I lost my mom and recently inherited her car. It had been sitting for six years and needed a significant amount of work, so I was nervous about getting it back on the road. From the very beginning, Jerrod was incredible. He got my car in and out much faster than I expected, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and communicated every step of the way. He was kind, friendly, and incredibly understanding of my circumstances, and that compassion spoke volumes about his character. Not only did he provide outstanding customer service, but the quality of his work was exceptional. My car runs like new, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s clear that Jerrod takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about both his customers and the vehicles he works on. Absolutely five stars. I brought my car in Friday before Memorial Day weekend after being told the dealership had parts on back order. He ordered the parts immediately, got them in fast, and had my car fixed while I was away camping with my kids. Not only did he save me a significant amount compared to what the dealership would have charged, but he also used better quality parts for my car. He even took the time to thoroughly check the rest of the car out for me. He loves what he does and it truly shows in his work and the way he treats his customers. They would always give me updates in a timely manner and my car was ready by noon that next day! Upfront and honest about everything and they did a fantastic job. 10/10 recommend Coopers automotive for anyone!!
