AC on my daughter’s car was out and I called Anchor after seeing all 5 star reviews and reading them. John, the owner answered and talked through it with me. Said bring it in and we should be able to get it out same day. With the heat the way it is and my daughter nannying this summer, that was a blessing. Anchor is very reasonably priced and John and his staff couldn’t have been more cordial or professional. We even found a specialty fuse that was melted in the fixing process and instead of telling me he couldn’t make it happen, he sent one of his guys to Arlington at 4PM on a Friday and still had the vehicle finished by 7:30PM for me to pick up. Can’t praise these guys enough. They will be receiving all our business moving forward from big items, to standard maintenance. Thank y’all again! Highly recommend!

I have brought multiple vehicles for multi point inspections. They performed proper diagnostics in a timely matter. Once they diagnosed my vehicles they were very reasonable priced on all of the issues and performed excellent service in a very timely matter. Even having parts sourced out from multiple vendors. Communication was great and they were very knowledgeable. They may be a small buisness but they performed like a corporate shop.
