DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I wish I can give -0 star on this place! I took my car there on February 12th 2026 because my transmission is slipping when turning and first taking off, so Mike first told me and my wife that'll they will have the car ready Saturday. Then Saturday went to Wednesday or Thursday, then on Thursday I get a call to come in on Friday to test drive the car after they CLAIM to have change the transfer case on my 2015 Infiniti QX60. But the technician asked me was the car making a grinding noise and I was like no so I couldn't wait until Friday to go there i went immediately. As soon as I got in the car it was doing the same thing it was doing when I brought it in a week ago. So he's gone tell me i have 2 issues going on with the transmission, but why haven't you fixed the issue I came in with. Then the price from the beginning was $1900 and after they open it up maybe another $300 to $500 but that quickly went to $4600 then to $6700. Then they claimed they could find me another transmission but it had 167,000 miles on it, ahh no thank you. But then tell me it'll be Monday before I could get my car back so they can remove the transfer case they "CLAIM" to have put on it, after going up there and offering to pay them $500 to get my car back after being told it was $750 in parts they used.. but then it went to $1700 in parts... this place is the WORST repair shop I ever went to in my life and I wouldn't take my bike up there to put air in the tires.. I'M TELLING YOU RUN OR DRIVE REAL FAST PASS THIS PLACE!!!!

Christian was honestly amazing 💛 He took the time to fully explain the diagnostic in a way that actually made sense, and he did it with total transparency. No pressure, no scare tactics, and no pushing to replace everything all at once. He clearly cares about what he does and wants people to understand their vehicle, not just spend money. Super knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to talk to. You can tell he’s genuinely passionate about his work. Excellent service all around!

I don't usually have any issues at this location, but be aware that making an appointment for a state inspection here is pointless since they apparently have to take inspections in order of when they arrive. I made an appointment for my state inspection over the weekend and despite initially being assured that I would be taken care of quickly, I waited for two hours for my inspection because when I arrived there were four cars ahead of me. I would suggest that anyone needing a state inspection not bother making an appointment and just show up at a time when you think they won't be too busy. At the very least, they gave me my inspection for free because of the wait. So props to them for trying to make it right.
