View on Google50 year Spring resident. I’ve seen mechanics come and go. Good and bad. Right now this Springs best automotive shop, Excellent mechanics and management. They are not there to “Take You For A Ride” Honest and Dependable.
View on Google(4/13/26) Don’t get me the wrong, the tint was done amazing at location the location down the street, but the price was misleading, as well as some other things. On Groupon it said $399 with a $100 discount, supposed to be $299 when I called bc my windshield has a censor is went up $399, on top of my back side passenger window kept coming down & Lee charged me $100 just to jiffy rig it to where it stays up (SUCH A RIP OFF WHEN I THINK ABOUT IT) that should have been a $25 charge, not $100. I ended up paying $541 to get all of my windows done tinted but of course my phone holder was missing a piece when i got my car back & when i brought it Lee, he told me that he would compensate me by ordering me new windshield wipers. He told me to give him 2 days, I GAVE HIM 4, returned to the store but to be told that they didn’t send the items. No, I believe the items were never ordered. I was sent down the street to the other location by worker Lee to be told the exact same thing THAT THEY DONT HAVE THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS. Pretty sure he knew that before having me waste my time & gas driving to 3050 FM 2920. Overall i was compensated $25 for my broken phone holder but yall need to be more careful when handling people’s items OR ASK THEM TO REMOVE BEFORE SERVICE.
View on GoogleTerrible customer service skills. The look I got when I walked in was crazy and then he just stared at me until I said something. Told them what was wrong didn’t even look at it and told me a price that was I feel un reasonable. Just a very uncomfortable environment and not friendly.
