Vic Auto is where I take my car for all my repairs and maintenance. The quality work, transparency, and friendliness of staff make them an easy choice. Photos are sent preceding any recommended work with a range of importance based on safety or necessity. They also give you a discount after a more costly repair (up to $150 off) for the next repair without an expiration date. Tyler and Jonathan are also great guys working the office making the experience that much better. Vehicle repairs today are costly, but I know when I go to Vic I’m taken care of. Would recommend!

Recently completed several 45K miles maintenance services on our 2022 Chevy Tahoe. We previously had some ding repairs completed, which resulted in a positive experience. Up to this point, for regular maintenance (oil changes, etc.) I'd used the dealership where the vehicle was purchased. Vic's prices were competitive (I checked against dealership) and communication was exceptional. Vic is personally involved in his business and very hands on, thus ensuring great customer service. In addition, their work is guaranteed for five years. In that Vic is close to home, I'm expecting this will be a new long-term business we will support.
