They are conveniently located at the corner Ella and Louetta. Their guest area is comfortable and efficient. They offer a cozy lobby with comfortable chairs, a television, a children's play area, a coffee bar and an area for your laptop should you need to get some business done. Sun Auto helped me when my "Engine fault, Service now" message came on during my drive to work. They also changed my front brake pads, and replaced 2 tires that I hadn't noticed were really bad. They understood my budget concerns and prioritized my most pressing repairs and helped me set up for the next repairs that need to be done. I really appreciate Josh's and Zach's assistance in getting me back on the road and keeping me safe while driving.

I took my Porsche Cayenne to Sun Auto for an oil change, and I had a really great experience. The manager, Josh was welcoming, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. He took the time to answer my questions and kept me updated throughout the service. One thing that stood out to me was how clean everything was. The waiting area was nice, the shop looked well organized, and even the restrooms were spotless. You can tell they take pride in their business, and it made the whole experience even better. Overall, the service was quick, the staff was friendly, and I left feeling confident that my car was well taken care of. After spending hours calling around to compare prices on four new tires, I chose Sun Auto and I’m so glad I did. J.Melo and Josh Torres were excellent in offering the best deal with unbelievable perks such as two year warranty with roadside assistance on all four tires. The atmosphere was really nice and no worries if you have small children because they have a beautiful play area that will definitely distract and keep your little ones busy. If you’d rather not stay they offer a prompt and professional shuttle service that will take you home and pick you up when your vehicle is complete. Look out Firestone because Sun Auto is taking tire and car service to a whole new level becoming unbeatable in sales and customer satisfaction. The overall service is top notch, you’ll feel like royalty, I sure did.

I had a really good outcome! Excellent service and quality work with expertise recommendations by Brent.....I was waiting for alignment seevices at Firestone Auto in Humble, I had a 1100 am appointment, I had waited for 2 hours and 45 minutes my car stayed parked in the parking lot and didn't move to the service bay, saw people come and people go while I sat the there without a heads up or We're sorry we're trying to get you I and start ser ices, frustrated and with no one there wanting to acknowledge my wait time I decided to search for another automotive service company to see if they could get my car alignment done....found Sun Auto , called spoke with Stephanie explained my situation, she said I can get you right in, Come on over, made the drive over to the Luetta location and was greeted by Brent who took my info and keys and my car was in the service bay within 15 minutes hooray 😀....while I waited I got a free coffee and sat down in the service waiting area which wasn't crowded lots of room even has a kids play area like a McDonald's Jungle gym thing so if you have little kids you don't have to worry about them disturbing people they can be in their own area, restrooms were very clean my car was done in less than an hour Brent was awesome he explained what my car needed at a side marker light out and my brake fluid could have been changed out which he was like we could do it later time but if you want we can take care of it now and he gave me a good heads up why my car was pulling into the left and going to the right the alignment was off he explained what they did took my payment and I was even able to use a coupon I paid half what Firestone was going to charge and I didn't have to wait 3 hours... my car is straight as an arrow now I am super pleased. I think this place is really a decent automotive service for your car... definitely coming back for anything my car needs . This is an Honest place with people who know what they're doing.

Highly recommend. Dylan went the extra mile to earn my trust, and the technicians Michael and Zach completed the AC coil swap with the requested MOPAR upgrade coil and now it’s blowing ice cold. Thanks to Dylan and the Sun Auto team for helping me get the MOPAR part I wanted, thank you for showing me the box and label for me to verify it was MOPAR, and thanks for pulling my entire dash out, replacing the coil, and putting the dash back together perfectly. Sun Auto at Louetta replaced my AC coil in my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500, and they did a perfect job. Thanks Dylan, Michael, Zach, and team.
