I’ve purchased 3 new Sprinter vans since 2012 for my business I’ve always had all service done at Mercedes dealerships but it got to the point where it was very overpriced for the service I got and return trips because problems weren’t solved.After many years dealing with Sprinter dealerships I decided to look for a Independent Sprinter mechanic.I’m from Louisiana and google searched Independent Sprinter shop in Houston area and God sent me to best shop and the friendliest people that I ever met.Everyone at Sprinter Specialist in Spring Texas is very professional.You are not just a number with you can ask the mechanics questions and they explain everything you want to know about what they are going to do to fix your problems.It’s quite a drive for me but it’s well worth it they will be where I go anytime I have a problem. I want to thank Maritza and Ruben and the the rest of the employees for the great hospitality and professional service if you’re anywhere and need the best Sprinter mechanics go see them you won’t be disappointed.I felt like family when I left there.

So far all I've had is a conversation with Ruben about some engine work, but I'm very impressed with his approach and recommendations. I will be bringing my van here soon.

So blessed to have found this shop! We actually found it by accident, actually I think it was fate. Several years ago I broke down right in front of their shop. I have used them many times over the years for different vehicles. It's so wonderful to work with a company that is honest, has integrity and everyone is positive, kind and friendly. They are excellent mechanics too!! This shop is top notch!!
