⭐☆☆☆☆ I called this shop because I needed brake work done and was trying to schedule an appointment. I explained that a mechanic friend had told me my brake rotors likely needed attention, and I was looking for a quote and a time to bring the vehicle in. Instead of answering my questions or helping me schedule an appointment, the employee repeatedly responded with comments like "Yeah, that's an issue" and "You need to get that fixed," while ignoring my requests for pricing and availability. I asked multiple times about scheduling service and never received a direct answer. The conversation felt dismissive and unprofessional. If a business doesn't want the job, that's their choice, but customers deserve clear communication and basic courtesy when they're trying to become paying customers. 0/10 !!

View on GoogleI heard a squeal when I started my car cold, thought it was a belt. I took it by Samuels and Jared educated me on what to look for and why…they took great care of my minivan camper (Toyota Sienna aka Wanda!). They found a bearing going bad and I was about to go on a long road trip- yikes! They worked extra hard to get my Wanda road-trip ready for me as I was already behind in leaving. Now Wanda purrs like a kitten!!! I’m back on the road and loving it! Jared is awesome. Very experienced and treats you like a friend…I trust him, which is saying a lot, lol! I will go nowhere else from now on.
