We had our broken rear window replaced by Ruffino Express Automotive (Quality Auto Glass). It was nice to have them arrive at our house on time. They did a quick, professional job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for auto glass replacement.
View on GoogleOnce again, the wonderful team at Ruffino’s fixed a problem that a previous mechanic shop screwed up. I highly recommend this shop. Ms. Liz runs a tight ship, and everyone has been honest and transparent with me. They get the job done and honor their work. I especially like their detailed inspection report which included photographs of every single item they check. They are educational for me. Unfortunately, both the major problems I’ve had with the car were due to improper installation done by other shops. Neither mechanic shop honored their work guarantee to warranty, nor admitted their mistakes. When I pay thousands of dollars for a job well done, I expect it to be well done. I understand mistakes can be made, however, the shops should accept their mistakes and make it right, especially when they gave me a warranty and work guarantee.
View on GoogleGreat ppl and amazing service. I like the way they communicate and be straightforward about what’s better or not and definitely they will get the job done. I took my car for a full diagnostic and found I was having an oil leak from my oil pressure sensor and belt and they fix it and clean the underneath of the car 💯/💯 and reasonable price. I would say it’s definitely worth and better than a dealership tbh. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. This shop will be my number one place for any issues and work my car ever needs to get.
