The glovebox in our Explorer had fallen off-again-after being “fixed” several times previously. We had the good fortune to have Raul help us. He personally worked on the glovebox, explained the problem, and reattached it properly. He also ran a battery check for us and gave us the print out. Raul was patient and knowledgeable. Top rate technician and employee. Ask for Raul; he’ll get it done right!!
View on GoogleWalked in 4-10-26 I felt like I was bugging people. After someone finally greeted me I asked for a oil change price. STARTS AT $130. I called Humble Planet Ford quick lane $88. Go there instead. Spring is going to rip you off. Shame on all all over staffed front desk. No wonder your bays was empty.

View on GoogleAfter several years of taking my vehicles here for oil and fuel filter services I will be finding another place. I recently purchased a GMC truck and took it here because I had purchased the 4 oil changes for a year promotion. I called to make sure they carried a specific oil for this truck and they confirmed they did. When I arrived, I asked once again to confirm they had this specific oil specified for GM vehicles and I was informed that they did not have it but had an acceptable alternative. I agreed and we moved on. Service was completed and when I got home, I reviewed my paperwork before filing and saw they used motor craft oil in my truck. This oil is not specified for this engine and speaking with the service advisor, he just confirmed it was not but since I purchased the 4 oil change package, motor craft was the oil in that package. They did not inform me of this for one and two, knowing it is not an oil compatible with my engine, they used it anyway. The gent I just spoke with went as far as to say this is a Ford service shop??? Really??? OK, noted. Also, as part of the package, my tires were supposed to be rotated and they were not. I marked them to make sure. Its unfortunate quality is just not priority here any longer. I read other reviews and am seeing a pattern with this facility. I will find another service facility to handle my service needs and would advise everyone else for the care of your vehicle to do the same.
View on GoogleVisiting Texas and did an oil change at this location for them to NOT put my undercarriage shield back under my mustang and to tell me it was never there. Drove through the night and everywhere on car dirty but the oil pan area.
