This is by far the best car repair experience I’ve ever had. It was smooth and quick and they are upfront and transparent with pricing. They went through the entire report with me and gave me pricing for issues I may want to address in the near future. The building smells good and is very clean. Everyone was so nice and I had my car back in a couple hours. Highly recommend!

I have been to two other locations in the area to address issues I’ve had with my car. The first was very hesitant to find the issue and did not fully resolve the problem, I was a customer for about 3yrs. I switched to a second more national car service and was with them for about 4yrs and the final time I had them service my vehicle they did not fully address the problem as well. I lost confidence in their work, and they were also too far to keep going there and still have issues. Finally decided to place my trust in Precision Automotive Services which is located just a mile from my house, drive by there EVERYDAY but was very intimidated that it would be too expensive and that I could get the same service else where. Friends recommended I go and I am so happy and satisfied that I did. My car needed extensive ‘rehabilitation’ as the family car. The front office manager just took my keys and heard me out and was not confused at all by my concerns. They diagnosed my car that day and sent me a list and pictures of what needed to be done along with a quote. They worked on it for two days and when I picked up my car, it felt good as new. It’s still a little fresh out of the shop, but I’m so excited to have a healthy car back. I really appreciated to confidence in the diagnoses and the reassurance that all major issues were addressed. My car still has a way to go but I know I’ll be safe on the road. I will be coming back to address the other smaller concerns and highly recommend this business to everyone!

Brought in two different Carvana cars for pre-purchase inspections and both times they were able to get me in the same day I called. On the first car they were able to find extensive damage that had happened prior to us purchasing it, saving us thousands of dollars in future repairs. Thankfully the second car checked out, and I was able to purchase that car with full peace of mind. Will always trust Precision with my car needs from here on out! Super professional and kind people who really know their stuff!

They take excellent care of me, my family, and our cars. I've had people think their labor prices are higher than they'd like but IMHO this is a get what you pay for situation. They always let me know how necessary a repair is or let me know if it can wait if I'm dealing with a tight budget and what to pay attention to in case something worsens faster than expected. It's a small business and they take care of their own, employees and customers alike!
