Working on our 2016 mini Cooper, replacing the thermostat housing, it was found that BMW and MINI change designs & parts mid year. The ordered part was incorrect, Northside Motors ordered the correct part, had it express shipped in and installed it, NOT CHARGINGand for all the extra fees! Northside Motors is honorable & I have recommended many people to go to Northside Motors and will continue to do so.

The brake pad replacement cost nearly 65% less what I was quoted at another garage. Also, the office waiting area was clean, modern and smelled very nice. I highly recommend Northside Motors.
