I’ve now taken my Mini Countryman twice to North Houston Beemer for an oil change, and both experiences have been great. After a very disappointing visit at the Mini dealership, I decided to try this place—and I’m glad I did. The service has been consistently professional, straightforward, and efficient. They take good care of my car and make the whole process easy and stress-free, which is exactly what you want when trusting someone with your vehicle. So far, I’ve had nothing but a positive experience here. I definitely recommend North Houston Beemer, and for now, this is where I’ll be bringing my Mini for service.

Juan is a nice guy but their business ethics are terrible. They don’t care about you or the car as long as they make money. Brought them 3 cars and all 3 cars they made different excuses but still charged me multiple times and car is still not fixed and they made their money. All 3 cars were BMW i8’s hybrid and need a tech certified with it. They don’t have a hybrid certified technician. I even explained to them that I already have a diagnostic directly from BMW and I spent over $1000 towing the cars to them and out from them again. Wasted months of time and money. So I gave them a last chance and told them if they wanted to MAKE IT RIGHT OR CHARGE ME THE MONEY. They said they want to charge me money so I said I’ll pay the money but I’ll leave a review so people can read it. That shows you right there they value MONEY over PEOPLE and customer service and our cars. WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE BACK AGAIN!

On 3/18/26 I brought my BMW 428i to Mr. Juan after reading great reviews about his shop. I had an oil leak and he called me the same day to let me know if was an oil pan gasket. He made the repairs and recommended other issues which I went ahead and had done. What really impressed me was his honesty about a rear view camera that wasn’t working. He found a bad fuse for the camera. Hopefully I’ll never need their services again but if I do I’ll be happy to bring it to them. Thanks. Vincent Herrera.

I been coming to this place a couple of years now. Juan is my go to guy, always nice , professional, & the guys get the job done. I needed some major things ( 5-6) done on my BMW. I took it to the dealership & of course it was $10,000 . Took it over to Juan , $4300 for everything. My son told me about this place, & I love this place & the staff. Good people, great prices, & let's just say YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. I will ALWAYS bring my car here.
