Recently had some body work done on my 2022 ram 1500 tailgate and had a custom dashboard made and installed… Ram limited editions are notorious for bubbling dashboard leather. I brought it into Milstead Collision for an estimate and by chance asked Joe if they could help out with a new custom dashboard and he did and could take care of both my problems. I have to say Milstead has me as a life long customer now. The tailgate looks brand new and the dashboard board is outstanding. Beautiful black and red leather with red top stitching is truest one of a kind. I had several things going on at once with my truck and Joe did a great job on coordinating each task which really expedited my trucks shop time. I had to go back to Milstead several times to take some pictures for some other aftermarket add on I was ordering. Every time I called Victoria (the receptionist) answered promptly. She was very pleasant on the phone and knowledgeable. She quickly routed me to the correct area. I can’t say about Joe, this guy is friendly and pleasant to talk to but is very knowledgeable and has the experience to provide confident solutions. Again I can’t say enough bout these two and my truck looks amazing. They even had my truck and wheels all cleaned up and looking great! Well done Milstead Collision I appreciate your efforts. Johnny

Joe was extremely helpful. My car looks great and the turnaround time was super fast. He went above and beyond my expectations. The front desk agent was very professional as well. I highly recommend anyone that needs collision repairs.

Joe was so professional and down-to-earth as he walked me through the repair process. He gave me a quote and worked with me to complete the repairs within the timeframe promised. He was so easy to work with, and I felt like I was taking with an old friend. Victoria was also really helpful.
