This place is so racist. I pulled up for an oil change. The lady told me I was after the Red Genesis. A Hispanic lady pulled up a minute or 2 after me and they pulled her vehicle before mines for an oil change. I guess since I am black and not Hispanic I got skipped over for my oil change. I will never support a racist business.
View on GoogleOkay so this will be complicated but in the end I'm never returning to loya's auto repair. I went to get a 02 sensor replaced and sadly got sabotaged. I arrived on a Tuesday morning expecting it to be a fast in and out experience what I got was shady practices and underhanded tactics. I was inspecting my vehicle after they lifted it up and was approached by the old mechanic in the shop that was asigned to my truck. He pointed out the obvious that the old sensor is bad and needs replacing while observing the area I noticed a red wire was loose he assured me that it was nothing probably something that accidentally came loose that was connected to the transmission. After 15 minutes passed of him working on my truck it was done, Yay! He told me to drive 10 to 30 miles to set the sensor because if I got it checked the reset he had done would signal the check engine again ok fine. However soon as I started to drive the computer sensesdd a problem with the sensor still! I thought to myself fine I'll just drive and it will go away no problem - 300 miles later and I had to get a 3rd opinion discovering that that red wire was connected to my sensor harness and the reason my engine light remained on, I got it repaired, but it cost me a lot. The final thoughts is: loya's mechanics are dirty and will infact try and create return customers for problems the vehicle never had to begin with. My recommendations? Get you vehicle inspected by NTB or anybody that does bumper to bumper affordably of course and don't go to loya's if you can help it.

View on GoogleSo I haven't had a problem with this place until today, usually it's an older lady with glasses there and she is a nice lady however , I came Sunday for a diagnosis($40) b/c my car breaks were squeaking and I was told that it was my back breaks & it'll be $170 . Which is fine , I came back today (they close early on sundays) and it was a younger woman that helped me but when I received my car back my breaks were still squeaking & I called and came back. When I did so , I was told now it was my front brakes & they were going to clean them and buff them & if it still squeaks then it'll need to be replaced which is also fine. My problem is today , I paid you guys to fix my brakes and it was clear that wasn't done correctly nor the diagnostic. I really liked this place but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
