The is hands down the worst tire shop I have ever had to displeasure to have been to. In 2 separate occasions they destroyed a lugnut and stripped my key. I was stuck at there shop for 5 hours after they stripped another bolt and decided the best course of action was to bang it with a pick tool and hammer. I recommended a friend to come to this business before any of this mess occurred and they stripped his key as well and argued with him about who is going pay the cost of purchasing a new one. After the whole ordeal they tried to make me pay the original price of $180 and told me that if they referred me to another shop then they would have charged me more, I don’t care about the other shop they were not the ones who destroyed my wheel. I don’t care enough to write reviews about bad experiences but after I was forced to pay over $400 in repairs out of my own pocket this felt like it was needed. Save yourself the time and money and go to the tire shop down spring cypress and kuykendahl.

Amazing service on a Sunday morning for an unexpected screw in one of my tires on our way from Houston to DFW. Didn't try to sell me a new tire just recommended a patch/plug. Quick service, no wait, and great price. My family didn't even have to get out! Got us back on the road fast - thank you!

My car is getting older (2011), I love her but things are not the same and warranties don't cover wear and tear. I know she needs help but I hesitate because it's not easy to find good and trustworthy mechanics. I'm so glad I found this place🙏. I called and told them some of the problems I was having and I was able to bring it in the same day. They were able to get me in and out with new front brakes pads and rotors in a few hours and they gave me an estimate on the other stuff I needed done. I was going to wait on the other stuff but the price was so good I got it done the same day😮....and the customer service was excellent👏👏👏
View on GoogleCalled ahead to make sure they had the tire I needed because I caught a flat and was driving on a flat tire and I was told yes they did have it . Once arrived I waited almost an hour just to be told they didn’t have the tire.. ended up paying much higher for I tire I didn’t want to get smh ridiculous and it takes them forever to put the tire on. Both times I bought a tire it took way too long to put it on.. at least 30min to put on one tire smh other tire shops get it done less than 10 mins. I also was priced higher for the same tire I bought two or three days prior like How could the price go from 120 to 150 same tire in three days ??? it just doesn’t make sense
