Super impressed by the work at First Tire and Automotive!! Axel was very knowledgeable and helpful answering every question I had about the lift kit i purchased! He recommended the 6” Rough Country with vertex shocks for my Tundra and I couldn’t be happier! The mechanics did an excellent job everything looks amazing and the ride is smooth! If you’re in the market to lift your truck I highly recommend taking your vehicle to First Tire & Automotive!!! A++ customer service and quality work!

I cant say enough good things about my experience here. After discovering an almost flat tire, I got the car immediately over to First Tire & automotive, where they promptly got my car back and evaluated the whole car, not just the problem I came in for. They were able to secure the tire I needed early the next morning and had a technician on stand-by to get the car taken care of right away. The customer service was top notch, great communication, and I appreciated that they took the time to asses the whole car and presented me with various options. They were kind, courteous and efficient, and I highly recommend!

Had my car on the lift within minutes. Other location on FM 1960 told me it would be a four hour wait. Angela and Patrick had my car on the lift within minutes and got the job done. The job that was a mistake from the previous location on 1960. This is the location for you! Quick and friendly Service with no wait! Highly recommend and service is are top-notch! This is definitely my new location for Complete work on my car!

Took 2 vehicles to these guys… my wife’s ford F150 for a brake check, I was so sure I needed brakes on it because of the noise. The guys at First Tire did their inspection, looked at everything on her truck. They knew I was prepared to spend money on my brakes and these guys found that the noise was due to a bent backing plate that somehow was bent and was touching the rotor,, the bent it back, verified the nose was gone and sent me on my way at no charge… that level of honesty is something you don’t find.. the 2nd vehicle was my company car, a Kia. I needed an oil change and alignment along with checking the brakes. They did a great job getting me in quick and did a full inspection on my steering and suspension, brakes and all my fluid and filters.. at 70k miles I was again prepared to spend money on things, NOPE, they did the alignment that was needed, changed the oil and showed me my air filter and cabin filter that were dirty. Everything else looked great and they didn’t pressure me into unneeded repairs.. they did give me a few things that were coming up soon, spark plugs and some fluid flies and even made me an appointment for later this year to get those things done… HONEST, ETHICAL AND ABSOLUTE AMSING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This shop is amazing!

I had a lot of work done here in the past. Pretty extensive ac work, they did a good job, on the interior core replacement. Where they failed, they had looked at the AC a few times in the past, costing me $xxx but unresolved. They were unable to understand where the leak was. The answer was pretty simple, when they can't diagnose a leak through normal processes, (replace fittings), the key was the coolant stains on the interior cabin air filter... very obvious. This work was $x,xxx but it fixed the ac prob. Expert note - then I had to tell them what other parts I wanted changed while they had the dash is out... preventative mainenance. It would be nice if they were proactive on this topic. Labor $ getting the dash out is already part of the bill, it should be simply parts cost. I had my brakes done here... got home and the parking brake was not holding. Every brake job I had done they would verify the parking brakes worked but not here. Back to the shop to pay for another adjustment. Fast forward the crew changed, called a few times to come in and get work done. Then, when I drive in, there's a considerable wait or they're asking to leave it. I would suggest if you don't plan on dropping it off, find another shop. Check their website for coupons. The staff will not suggest this if you call in to make an appointment. Three times, I had to go somewhere else, Sorry I will not be going back again...
