Steven was very welcoming and convinced me to stay when I was going to leave and go to Take 5. Manny was absolutely amazing! Both gentleman were very warm, friendly,and hospitable! The customer service here was Top tier! I appreciate Manny so much for walking me through and explaining everything to me and not trying to get over on me! They even allowed me to look up a coupon during service and they applied it to the overall cost!!
View on Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I came in for a routine oil change and ended up having one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. It’s honestly hard to find this level of service these days and I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Wayne, the manager, went above and beyond from the start. He took the time to walk me through the entire oil change process on my BMW and even explained the small details, like how they properly reset the oil service in the system so everything stays accurate. During the inspection, he identified an oil leak from my valve cover and didn’t just mention it, he showed me exactly where it was and explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand. No pressure, just straight transparency and knowledge. After providing a quote, I decided to move forward with the repair because of how thorough and professional he was. He assigned one of his master technicians to the job and they were able to complete everything the same day, even with parts needing to be ordered. On top of that, he helped me apply a coupon for the mechanical repair, which saved me some money, always appreciated. Wayne and his team set the standard for how service should be done. Highly recommend this location if you want honest, knowledgeable and top tier service.

He is always professional, polite, friendly and always willing to help and make sure you understand what your vehicle needs to keep running efficiently. Will definitely continue to have my vehicle serviced here at this location.
