Jim and his team are top notch and always go above and beyond. I especially appreciate the communication and keeping us updated on the status of the car and his honesty. We've serviced multiple cars here and will continue to do so because they'll get the job done right and at a great price. Concierge’s driveway pickup and drop-off service has made maintaining both of my vehicles seamless and stress-free. Outside of the dealership (while under CPO Warranty), this is the only shop I trust to service my Macan and 911. They have handled everything from repairing an A/C line leak to repairing a 7 speed manual transmission. Whether it’s major mechanical work or routine maintenance like oil changes and brakes, the quality and consistency of their service has been outstanding. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and transparent, I personally always speak with Jim. Pricing is fair, communication is clear, and they stand behind their work. It’s rare to find a shop that combines technical expertise with genuine integrity and customer care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality service.

I don't feel like it was unnecessary and a way to pad the bill. Unlike some places that want to drum up business with unnecessary repairs or part replacements. Nate is awesome about spending time with you and explaining the work being done in a way that isn't over your head. I'm sending everyone I know to them and plan to give them all my business.
