I’ve been using Christian Brothers Automotive for several years to service both of my family’s vehicles, and they consistently provide excellent service. Robert always delivers top-notch customer service, and the team is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating with scheduling. Their prices are competitive, and I appreciate their preventative inspections that help me stay ahead of maintenance. I highly recommend them!
View on GoogleTL;DR: They were ready first thing in the morning, gave me a courtesy inspection on my specific concerns, adhered to online coupons for my brakes, and shuttled me to/from. Car was ready later that day. I called as soon as they opened on Monday and asked to have fuse work done on my aftermarket stereo and have them take a look at my brakes. They asked me to come in and upon doing so they offered to inspect my fuses and brakes free of charge. The brake inspection was part of an online coupon on their website, I was pleased they honored these. After the inspections, Robert let me know that there wasn’t an issue with my easily accessible fuses, and that further electrical inspection would unfortunately cost me - I decided to cut that service off and instead review my brakes. Robert showed me how bad my brakes were and recommended service, I pulled up another online coupon and he honored that one too so I was able to get the price of service to an amount I was comfortable with. I agreed to the service and they shuttled me back to my apartment, then had the car ready a few hours later. They shuttled me back to the shop and the car had great new brakes, and Robert even found a way to knock a few more bucks off my total. Overall, everyone was very nice and the work was good, quick, and affordable. I would come here to have my car serviced again in the future.

View on GoogleI’m a little late posting this, but I just wanted to say that my first experience at CBA was amazing. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I let them know I needed an oil change, and they got right to work. While I was waiting, they completed an initial inspection of my vehicle and made me aware of a few things that may need attention soon. The manager also told me about an amazing package they offer that’s basically like an extended warranty. To me, it was a no-brainer deal. The customer service I received was beyond exemplary. As soon as I left, I was already telling my friends and family about Christian Brothers and the package they offer. I’m glad I made the decision to come here. Thanks, guys!

There was recommended to me cuz he's a big Fiat fan, and that was the best thing is taking my car there to somebody that understands my car completely took care of me. Checked everything out.
