Brian (the manager) and the whole team were really nice. Initially I spoke with Brian on Good Friday to let him know that I would be running behind from my schedule appointment. He was understanding and adjusted my time so that my brakes could be looked at. He answered my questions and made it a comfortable experience. When some time has past and I shared they I needed to be at worship for Good Friday service, he was super understanding and made sure I got out in time. I returned on Saturday morning to get a brake flush and it was really nice to see that his personality and service did not change. Joe the lead mechanic was also very funny and assured me that they did their very best. He cleaned all my hardware and ensured that the steering wheel was cleaned after the flushed my brakes. I will be back!

This is a great place of business. So far everything has been pleasant especially the man who helped me named Kino. Thank you so much for your great service. Great deals and excellent work on my car. Explained everything and even showed/let me feel the problem. Definitely recommend this location.
View on GoogleCame in for an alignment and told them camber was positive. They completed the alignment telling me it was all good only to ask for readings showing positive camber. I had marked my adjusters prior to coming in and they were still in the same spot. When confronted they were saying it needs shims, of which there is no such thing. Truck was put back on rack an I instructed them how to loosen bolts to make adjustment. Anyone that is not knowledgeable would be getting charged with no work performed. Stay far away!!!!!!

View on GoogleFirst time here. Shop closes at 6 and I arrived at 5, parked, and walked inside the shop to a guy playing on his phone as if he didn’t want to help me. So I asked if they had time to do an oil change. He looks at the time and said yeah is that all you need? Ok fine buddy, let’s do it b/c I need to be somewhere. He quotes me the price and told me 20 mins. so I walked to grab something to eat. 20 mins later, I came back and the truck was parked out front of the shop and I noticed some damage. I brought it up to the guy and he said we didn’t do it, and it must have been there and I didn’t notice. Well I most definitely would have noticed considering I just washed the truck prior to coming get the oil change. In addition to that, on the hood were some big greasy finger tips front where they closed the hood. I paid and left b/c again, I’m literally leaving town in the morning. I drove over to Lowe’s, grabbed some zip ties to fix the damage and I had a rag to wipe the greasy fingers. This month had not been the best month for me and I felt defeated. I didn’t want to put up the fight. I didn’t want to review my dash cam footage. I don’t want to make a big fuss about it. I just wanted to get the oil change and go, so I did.
