These guys were incredibly welcoming, they greeted us right away when we pulled up and got our car in quickly for a brake job. You can tell their technicians are top-notch. The manager took great care of us and kept us updated throughout the entire process. The work was completed on time, and the pricing was very fair. I wish I could give this place 10 stars!

View on GoogleI bought a brand new front end kit for my car and installed it. I brought it to Brake Check to get the alignment done. When they adjusted the inner tie rods, they twisted the bellows boots all the way to the max. The nut on the tie rod in wasn’t even tightened. It was 2 inches away from the tightening point. My steering wheel was also off to the left so I brought it back. They realigned it and straighten the boots out. They also made sure everything was tight. I was working on my car a week later and I noticed one of the boots was ripped. I called the store and one of the workers told me to text a cell phone with pictures showing that the boot was ripped. I sent the pictures and they told me to give them some time to see if they can order the boots. I texted them back two weeks later to see what was going on and I didn’t get a response. It’s been three months now. I ordered new boots another $25. When I replace them, I’m going to have to take my car to get the alignment done again but this time I’m going to Discount Tire. I’m glad they got alignment machines now. Very unprofessional would’ve been an easy fix to make me, the customer happy.

View on GoogleThis is the worst service I have ever received. I do not recommend this place at all. I went to this establishment to have my car aligned and balanced. They told me they had found a nail in one of the tires and that another was defective, but they performed the service knowing that once I replaced the two tires, they would have to do it again, which represented a waste of time for me. They offered me an estimate to replace the two tires, which I declined because I had a place where I could buy them. The employee said we could come back after changing the tires to have the alignment done again, but when I picked up the vehicle, it was still having problems. The employee claimed it was because the tires weren't new and that he couldn't do anything about it. I believe this establishment does not act in good faith. If, during a vehicle inspection, they find a nail and a defective tire, they should NOT perform the service WITHOUT the customer's consent, and even less should they excuse poor service because the customer did NOT purchase new tires. I guess they wanted just sale tires. I will never comeback to this place. I could do zero stars I will do it. This place is a waste of time and money!
