Got hit twice in two days and V&V fixed up the dents flawlessly and even cleaned up some of the noticeable scratches and scrapes around my Mustang. If i didn’t know that my car was hit I would’ve thought there had never been any damage. Also gave me the best price out of the 5 shops i visited. I’ll always go with V&V from now on!

Right from the start their communication was clear and the way they handled everything was so efficient. The staff was friendly and helpful. My car was backed into and now with their repairs it looks flawless. They even cleaned my car which was going above and beyond. Would highly recommend V&V for your repair needs.

View on GoogleAmazing Experience! Most of us have had to experience the “Collision Repair Shop Nightmare” at least once. Unfortunately, I’ve endured the experience multiple times, and none have been pleasant. Recently, I had the misfortune of a bull on our ranch deciding to put his shoulder into the driver side front fender of my brand-new Honda Ridgeline (900 miles). A “higher power” led me to V&V Body & Paint Shop in South Houston. As I approached the address, surrounded by the “other guys” paint & body shops, V&V stood out like a shining star in the middle of a slum. Multiple Brand Certified Shop Plaques, AAA, etc., clean professional building, shop areas, clean, comfortable waiting area. Outstanding! Sam, my estimator and service contact was amazing! He explained the entire process in detail. It was obvious he was very knowledgeable and his friendly, professional manner was refreshing. While I waited, I chatted with the office admin, Billie, Katy & Mercadeeze. This is a family-owned business (50+ years) and they made me feel right at home. Billie is Sam’s grandmother. Sam quickly provided a detailed quote and I was surprised at how reasonable it was. Of course, my previous experiences were quote low and after “the hook is set” and the vehicle is disassembled, hit them with discovery change orders. Not this time! Sam contacted me daily and the vehicle was ready for pick-up in record time (4 days), not the 4-5 weeks, sitting in a shop, not being worked on timeframe I had become accustomed to. When I arrived to pick it up, the whole family was in the office. It was an honor to meet Donald Sr., the patriarch. Super nice people. What an outstanding service provider this family has built. Sam reviewed the work performed and his quote was spot on, no surprises and my Ridgeline was new again! I could not be more pleased! I highly recommend V&V!!!!
