Worst place after new management took over,,,,they charge me 75 I was told to leave my car and come back within 2 hours,,but after 6 hours nothing was done to it,,I complained and the guy under the influence told me to walk away or,,,I started recording and he started yelling and coursing,,I left no money back,,don't ho there
View on GoogleUnprofessional, they will try to make you pay to have your own car released back to you. They will up charge/scam you out of money. Would not recommend, horrible time management/attitude.
View on GoogleI don’t understand the negative comments. The people here are honest and very knowledgeable. They are also very welcoming, and friendly. I came in twice with my F250 and was immediately helped. I was in and out in an hour. The pricing was the best compared to the other shops I stopped at before to get quotes. All around great shop. Will definitely come back!
View on GoogleWalking into the Hyundai dealership on Gulf was like walking into a lion's den, except the lions were disguised as service advisors with calculators. They tried to charge me $200 per issue just for a diagnostic! That's $200 just to tell me what's wrong, not even to fix it. I said, "Screw that," and left faster than you can say "rip-off." Next, I took my car to Alignment 2000, thinking I'd finally found a place that wouldn't treat me like a walking ATM. They sweetly offered me a $55 diagnostic. A steal, right? But then they hit me with a $2,000 estimate for fixing my car's undercarriage. It was like being offered a candy bar only to find out it costs a month's rent. When I balked at the price and mentioned I might just return my car altogether, they let me walk out the door like they never really needed my business in the first place. Maybe they figured I'd come crawling back when I realized how "serious" my car's issues were. But guess what? I went to yet another mechanic, a real straight-shooter. He took one look at my car, fixed the tire, and—get this—did it for free. That $2,000 undercarriage issue? Turns out, it was nothing more than a bad tire. Alignment 2000 must think I'm as dumb as a sack of hammers if they thought I'd fall for their overpriced nonsense. In conclusion, avoid these places unless you enjoy being treated like a fool with a fat wallet. I overheard him talking to some of the employees about how they need to sell more jobs… Because that’s the only way Payroll is ever gonna get paid. And I overheard one of the employees State are we ever going to get paid? A lot of return clients made the statement that they will never be returning because of the service that they got.
