Installed new balanced tired prior to visit.Went in for a simple alignment job.Black Honduran guy (Spanish only) rigged my right side which made my vehicle move rightward while driving on the road during test drive.Went back the following day and asked for him to fix the issue.Dude tells me that might right alignment joint needs to OEM part.Alignment numbers on the screen were not for my model nor year, which was already a mistake.The Black Honduran guy asked for me to purchase a new part.I asked for my vehicle off the ramp and requested a refund.Staff members pretending to speak Spanish only refused a refund but as I purchased a warranty.Took my vehicle down the street to another shop and the guy charged me $50 total for a well done alignment job and assured me that my vehicle had no issues other the previous shop attempted sabotage. Beware this Rapido shop is a complete scam for alignments, $45 to get your vehicle on the ramp plus fake alleged NEWISH replacement required parts.

I asked for the alignment paper to see what was done which every alignment shop gives and they refused 🚩🚩. They are scammers. DO NOT GO HERE. Also they were very rude and unhelpful.
