very bad experience I have had in this workshop, first they gave me an estimate of 6 hours each job that I had to do for a total of 12 hours, it turned out that 10 days it takes to finish the mechanic brad, the mechanic has knowledge of the work he does but his way of working I do not recommend to any other person, he arrives to work at 11:30 AM and does not start working until 12:30 pm all this time he goes around the workshop and wasting time. I commented several times to max the person who was in charge of the workshop and only justified the mechanic. I have had a very bad experience in this workshop and I do not recommend it to anyone unless you want to waste your time here. Today 6/18/20 I come to pick up the truck and the manager max told me that at 8 am I could come and look for it and it did not arrive until 10 am and it is not all, when I am going to start working 2 days later another leak begins with some screws that the mechanic removed the second time to fix the seal since the first time he did not put it right and said that it was that the seal was damaged from factory, which was true and as if that were not enough I realize that the AC condenser fell and lost the screws I had to put some zip to get home. my recommendation is not to go to this place is lousy despite the good treatment the supervisor wants to show. I have tests for everyone who doesn't believe me.

It was a huge blessing to find such a professional and knowledgeable shop. It's hard these days to get skilled mechanics to work on your baby. I had an excellent first time experience here and I will certainly return again when I'm in the area. Thank you

Thanks, Mohammed Came in just before closing on a Saturday and Mohammed and his crew got me all fixed up with some New Steers and a couple of trailer tires changed out from old Steers. Balanced the new tires and had them installed in no time. They provided a level of customer service that all shops should strive for. Please like and follow me for great places to eat and detailed reviews on truck stops and great grub.

Went and had work done on two of my vehicles. Great quality work! Lift techs knew exactly what was necessary to get the job done! Ask for Juan and he’ll give you details down to a T of what you’ll need or should consider. Will definitely come back for future work!

Please read entire review. First review was when I purchased batteries. Second review was almost 90 days after dropping off the semi. First review: Staff is friendly and amazing. We point out numerous concerns that’s going on with our semi and the staff quickly finds the solutions and willing to work with us on pricing and quick turn around. I would Highly recommend using them for any of your service needs. Second review: Update: I dropped my Cascadia off at the end of January and it wasn’t ready til March 2nd. A full 30 days and 3 weeks with truck being down. Long story short, there’s lack of communication when being updated regarding your semi. We were only updated when we dropped by or text. The semi was brought in for a coolant leak, no other issues. We left with engine light on and fuel spewing from underneath and side of truck. My husband had fuel all over him, inhaling fuel while driving it back to their shop and to the new shop. When advising them of this concern they were going to charge us additional money for the repair that they caused. I could go on and on, however, do not let all the good reviews mislead you. He asked me in the beginning when I purchased batteries to leave a good review. If I had known then what I know now, I would have never gone back to that business. If I could upload a video I would. The reason my semi was leaking fuel was due to them not putting it back on correctly. If you any your truck repaired correctly and back in a timely manner DO NOT go to this shop. Consider yourself warned!!!
