I rarely leave reviews, but this experience at Alondra’s Tire Shop was beyond frustrating. I came in needing two simple patches—something that should have been quick and inexpensive—but instead, I was told I had to buy a brand new tire. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my tire that justified replacing it, yet they refused to even attempt a repair. It honestly felt like they were more interested in making a sale than actually helping a customer. I walked in expecting a straightforward fix and left feeling taken advantage of and completely dismissed. If you value honesty, transparency, and basic customer service, I would strongly suggest going somewhere else. This place turned a minor issue into an unnecessary expense, and I won’t be coming back.

The people seem like they don't want to help. They told me to purchase a certain part and they'd install it. I arrive and another employee says I don't need that part, I need a different one. I get the other part and they install it. When they finished I turned my car on and the traction light sensor turned on immediately, I thought to myself maybe it would go away in a few minutes. A week passed by and the code is still on, the drive to the shop is far from me so I have been calling and no one picks up. I came to Discount Tire and they ran the code and they basically messed up a sensor during the installation causing another issue that needs fixing. The lack of communication, laziness displayed when I arrived and the fact they don't answer the phone even when I call at different times has solidified my decision in never coming bere again.
