Used them to repair a motor mount, 850.00 later, they admittedly broke my power steering pump, and made me pay 642.00 more dollars to fix it. This was right before the holidays a couple years ago. Then when I got my car back, I found rat feces in my car from being in their garage overnight!!! They said, "yeah, we have a rat infestation. Sorry about that." I did not post this review, because I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Then, I used this shop again to fix an oil housing gasket leak, and get an oil change.. 250.00 later... and now I called today to see if they could diagnose an A/C problem, when I receive a call back from them saying they refuse to work on my car, because it is old and leaking oil, so do NOT bring it in!!! Crazy... what mechanic isn't happy to work on a car that has problems and will be a repeat customer, like I have been? So sad... A mechanic that may need to retire. I wish I could have given ZERO STARS, FOR THE WAY I WAS TREATED TODAY!!!!! OCTOBER 2025!!!!!! DO WAY BETTER J & J!!!!

Great honest service, and fast. J & J Automotive saved me big. I'm from out of town, and my jeep broke down. They had a special tow truck come pick it up due to the size of the Jeep. They were fast and reasonable. Thank you again guys!
View on GoogleI went into J&j for an evaporator core replacement. They did their due diligence and tested my system and found no leak in my evaporator and fix me right on up for way cheaper than I ever thought could happen. Very happy with my repair and I will definitely be using them again.
View on GoogleThis mechanic I’ve used personally several times and my family has used several times, never experienced rudeness, ever. In fact, the lady that’s works the front desk, drove me home after I dropped my car off there to be looked at. Oil changes, braking systems, starters, transmission systems all have been done by them to either me or relatives of me that have been using them for years. Main mechanic (possibly the owner/boss) took the time to show me photos he took of before and what he had to do to fix it, and after photos. He also took the time to explain exactly what he saw and why it was wrong. J & J automotive always charges the fair price Ive never been up charged by them or knew of anyone that has. They are fair, and if they didn’t fix something correctly, or missed something they will look at it until its correct. I know they don’t do certain work on hybrids. But I don’t own a hybrid. GMC pickup, 2017 Buick Encore, lexus sedan, 2004 jeep Cherokee Laredo, 2005 Toyota Sienna all have been worked on by them and they know what they are doing, honest, transparent and fair pricing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else
