Yeah if you’re really into your hair, this isn’t the place to go. I took a chance on this over my normal salon because I needed something fast that looked competent but they chopped me up bad. I came in and gave the person doing my haircut 4 example photos of what I wanted, and they weren’t paying much attention. They didn’t ask about the style in the back or side burns. Just “how much were cutting off”. I remember telling my mom that I think it’s just a place where military men go to get basic hair cuts, and I got exactly that. The style I got back is not like the examples I gave them and I look like a drill sergeant. I told them numerous times to aim for the style I had but a bit shorter, and my hair flows to the right with bangs, but instead they continued to pull my hair down straight and cut it in a bowl cut fashion? So now that I comb it to the side, it’s chopped in different levels because it was cut flat.. if you’re looking to take pride in your style and not looking got a one style fits all cut, this might not be for you. Always an amazing experience, I absolutely love going in. The atmosphere is so chill, plus you get to enjoy beverages while you wait. Definitely a cozy place to wait while you're in line to get a cut. The staff is super nice and well experienced, they do an excellent job. I highly recommend going in and giving it a try its definitely refreshing.

View on GoogleWhen you can actually get in, they do a pretty good job. The issue is they only ever have 2 people available on weeknights when most people need a haircut. They don’t seem to understand that not everyone can “schedule” an appointment and need the ability to be able to walk-in when in the area. Seems like every time I come it’s “we are fully booked” and they don’t hardly ever have availability For a walk-in. The sad part is, they don’t ever seem that busy so adding one more person would make the membership worth the cost. Barber turnover at this location seems pretty high too.
View on GoogleAmazing experience! They offer free drinks, Stephanie checked me in and was great to be around, Emmy cut my hair and trimmed my beard and it turned out just how I asked, she also did a hair wash with a warm scented compress with it. No complaints to give, 10/10!
