Brake and Tire Check

Since moving here I have taken my cars to a few different places around town for maintenance and this was by far the best place I have found. I was able to make a same day appointment, the service writer and technician both greeted me when I got there. They didn't try and sell me rotors I don't need; instead they took the time to take measurements and were able to just resurface them. That alone is worth bringing my cars there from now on. I was in and out right around an hour for a full rear axle break job and the prices are competitive. Save yourself the trouble of shopping around any further and just go here.

I brought my car in to get the brakes and rotors fixed and they helped me with so much more. Such amazing service at this location. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional and attentive. My wait was not long and they checked a bunch of other things for me that I didn't even know I needed. So glad they did because I wouldn't have known otherwise. There is plenty of parking but then early or you will miss the entrance and have to make the turnaround. The facility inside was extremely well kept, quiet and clean. I had some work to do while I waited and they even have a space for a laptop to keep busy. If you want professional service and great, reliable work done on your car, come here. 10/10.

First, I would like to start off stating the customer service at this location is top tier. However, the reason for one one star review is as as follows. The service that I needed was a simple wheel alignment and oil change. The young gentleman that attempted the service promptly notified his peers that if oil change was performed that there was a possibility that plastic oil plug could strip. With that, I decided against having the oil change because honestly, I wasnt confident that he could perform oil change without error. So, I left with only having the alignment done. On the drive home, my car was still driving the same. Due to this, I took it to Discount Tires for a second opinion and there they found the back left passenger tire had a bubble in it with tire threads that had separated. In all fairness, I know I wasn't getting tire service. However, my car was placed on the vehicle lifter and I am going to assume that it was an oversight by the technician. I could have caused harm to myself or much worse hurt a driver. My only critic here would be to ensure that if any error is found outside of a service that Break check doesnt provide that a courtesy could be provided to the customer. Again, maybe it was an oversight but this situation could be a great teaching opportunity.

I had a brake flush service done about 2 months ago. I recently had a mechanic shop look over my car and one of the things they did was conduct a brake fluid test with a test strip. The results came back as corrosive. So I called Brake Check and explained my concern. The manager Eric realized I wasn’t 100% satisfied and he was very professional and provided excellent customer service by apologizing and telling me that I could bring my car back and they will take a look at it. After bringing it back, they took a look at it, and Eric said it didn’t look too bad, however, he decided to service my vehicle again free of charge to ensure that I was 100% satisfied. Eric also notified me that Brake Check has a policy that the customer can stand in the bay and watch the work performed to assure satisfaction, and I did so. Eric and a couple employees of his, notified me that I also had an oil leak and tried to pinpoint where it was coming from, along with just telling me off and on some good advice about things pertaining to the car as I watched them service it. It showed me that they truly care about what they do and for the customers. I can honestly say that I left 100% satisfied. Eric even called me shortly after to ask how the brakes felt and if I noticed a difference. I’m honestly very impressed!

They took care of both my daughter and I 's 1992 GM vehicles and kept us updated along the way. Prices were fair and if we had any issues with anything, they had us bring it back and fixed it. Can't go wrong with that kind of service at all. Will be back if we need any more services! Preciate it guys!
