I wish every auto shop would use such a detailed report of the vehicle as they do here at Total True Automotive. I regularly take my vehicle in for oil changes and maintenance but have never received or been told all the things listed in this Total True Automotive Report that need to be repaired. I called to schedule service and was able to go in the next day. Leo was welcoming, courteous, and attentive. The oil change, tire rotation, and alignment, and a thorough inspection were done promptly. I used a discount code I got in the mail, but they also offer AAA and military discounts. If you don't have the money for repairs you can also pay with Affirm and if approved you would make monthly payments. This is a great option for someone on a tight budget. The one thing I did not like was the cost of diagnostics. As an owner, if I know something is wrong I just want to repair it and not get charged almost $200 just for taking a look at it.

I had called this place to inquire about the cost of a wheel alignment. They offered a year-long plan and a lifetime deal. Since I had recently bought new tires, I opted for the year-long plan. However, five months later, when I tried to get the car aligned, I was informed that the service was limited to either a year or 12,000 miles. This information was not mentioned when I made the initial call, where I was told about the year-long or lifetime alignment service. I feel deceived and disappointed. I would advise you to save your money or find another place to get your car aligned, knowing this was going to happen with this shop. I would have spent that money at a different shop for their lifetime alignment service. At the time, I believed I had made a wise decision by bringing my car here, but now I regret it. Make sure you read their terms and conditions carefully before paying them. It would made the difference if they would have disclosed those details verbally so you can make a appropriate decision.

I've been coming to Total True Automotive for 3 years already. Every single time I go I am greeted with a smile and exceptional service. This time I went for my routine oil change and I ended up getting a complete brake and rotors replacement. James Sower and all the technicians were absolutely great! They have always been very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. My family and I will continue to go there for all our vehicle maintenance! Thank you!

Disappointed with the customer service. This is the 2nd vehicle for them to service. My 1st time with Total True was with a different customer service team and that seemed to make all the difference this time. 1. Set 8:30 am appt, dropped off car, then I called at 2:30 pm to check on an update as I had not heard from them about completing the oil change, cabin air filter change and alignment. After my reach out, car was ready within the next 30 minutes. 2. Previous visits, my car was left the same way I dropped it off: this time, my seat position was completely changed, air conditioning was turned on, no complimentary floor mats to protect the floors, my pet car seat had been removed and just set back in the seat. None of these things are critical to the car repair service, but none of these things would have occurred with a different customer service priority with the prior staff at the helm. I went back inside to inquire about my concerns and spoke with a man that was not apologetic but instead defensive and stood up where I felt like he was speaking down to me (as he had been sitting the entire time until then). He was NOT the service rep that handled my car. The tone and conversation were disappointing for me and would never have happened with the prior customer service team. I was uncomfortable and now unsure I can recommend this facility, especially to my senior friends.

Very great customer service - Leo was very helpful! They made me feel like my car was being taken care of and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions! Love the after hours pick up option!
