Allow me to share a conversation I just had with Steelcraft Automotive representative, Jason Barker. I discussed with him my challenge, that after installing my Steelcraft grill guard on my Titan XD, that the factory parking sensor wiring was unable to reach the parking sensor when mounted in the relocation kit which i purchased in conjunction with said grill guard. I told him that I had followed the directions and released the factory harness from the clips underneath the front bumper, but the harness was still 3-4 inches short. His response could not have been more disheartening. He seemed to think there was plenty of additional wiring available, if I just cut up all of the factory looms to release it. I advised him that would not be an option for me, as I was not going to do anything of that nature and risk voiding my warranty. His second suggestion was that I just cut the harness, and splice in an adequate amount of wire, which I advised him also was not an option for me. I am not willing to cut the harness. I asked him to source the proper connectors and provide me with an extension, as I see that they manufacture a variety of electrical and lighting options, but he had zero interest in going out of his way to help me resolve my problem. He stated that the Titan XD was no longer in production, he had no interest in pursuing it, even though they still manufacture and sell products for it. Long story short, they are not willing to help correct the situation, and their best advice is to cut your wiring harness, even if it means voiding your warranty. This interaction has turned what I originally felt was a good experience into a very poor one. Their customer service after the sale is very poor.

The correct address for this place is 7377 Doerr Ln, Schertz, TX 78154. The building itself is very nondescript in the fact that there is no sign telling you it is here,but it should be the very first set of docks on your right as you enter on the second driveway. The first is for car parking, and should not be entered. Also make sure to swing wide as you enter due to the driveway being somewhat small.The first concrete ramp with a rolling door is where you want to wander into so you can be loaded. The employee's are professional,quick,and understanding. There is also a restroom present,but limited parking for those that may show up early,so keep this in mind.
View on GoogleJUST BUY A RANCH HAND. Trash company that offers zero help and whoever builds their bumper(because they dont) does not know how to do their job competently. Issues with my F350 front winch bumper and rear bumper. Sent a detailed email with pictures to their attention which included QC screw ups and missing hardware. I've emailed multiple times to no response(the email they told me to send to and verified they received all) and called multiple times attempting to get help with fixing some of the issues and received the legendary "we will get back with you" everytime. I've owned 3 pairs of ranch hands but gave steelcraft a shot which they failed horribly.
