My car was making a strange noise that would happen and then go away. I was starting to think it was my imagination. I went to Main Street Garage and a nice gentleman (so sorry I forgot his name.. maybe Steve) rode around the block with me and listened to the sound firsthand. I was actually praying it would make the sound and not make me look crazy. The technicians worked on my car and have it riding like I remember when I first purchased it. Tony texted me with updates about what was happening with my vehicle and got my approval for things that needed to be done. Even when it wasn't something I wanted to hear, I had no doubt that they had my best interest at heart. From trying one part brand to another, I feel confident that they did right by me. Many thanks to Main Street Garage for making me feel safe in my vehicle again.

Do not take your vehicle to Main Street Garage. My daughter brought her car for the same repair twice and not only was it not done right the first time, it was worse the second time. The oil gasket needed replacing and it was still leaking after the first repair. The second repair had oil gushing out of the vehicle. At this point, she took it to Firestone because she needs her car repaired and safe to drive. I called several times and was never called back by the owner, Henry. We finally went in person and not only was he condescending, he was completely disrespectful to my daughter. Having your child in a safe vehicle should be a parent's number one priority. Henry had absolutely no concern for her being in a safe vehicle. He expected her to bring the car back again to (maybe) be repaired. By this time, she had already taken it to Firestone. Not only were they respectful to her, they thoroughly explained the needed repairs to her and did it right the first time.

Only suggestion I have is, if you are running behind and can't complete job on day that promised, please call customers and let them know, don't make them call you at end of to find out that it won't be ready till next day. Friendly service.

They identified a couple of additional issues if delayed could have caused problems down the road. I ask them to take care of them and they flawlessly handled them. Thank you for years of great service Main Street Garage. I am looking forward of rotating my other vehicles through in the near future.
