After driving 2000 miles from Idaho to San Antonio fuel pump was acting up in truck limped into OJ‘s station near closing time. All staff were very friendly And outgoing. Immediately greeted us. We talked about the The problem and he immediately took my car with an initial diagnosis of the fuel system being bad I needed to get back to my work in Idaho immediately and I was towing a trailer. OJ helped me disconnect a trailer. Leave the trailer on the lot with the truck while they repaired it. It only took them a couple of days to get it up and running super fast service. Sean, the office manager was very friendly and called every time to keep me updated since they knew that I needed the car back as soon as possible. All I can say was great service felt the price was fair and just very friendly and outgoing mechanics even one of their partners Dj came and talked to us while we were waiting and we got to know him and his family so God bless all these people at Jackson’s auto care. They were amazing, especially being so far from home. I wish I lived in San Antonio whenever I needed auto care thanks again OJ, Sean, and Dj.

We were on a road trip through Texas – two adults and a baby – on our way to the rodeo when we got a flat tire caused by a screw. It was Saturday at 4 PM, and by chance, we found this auto shop on Google Maps. We were immediately helped, and within just half an hour the tire was fixed. Thanks to OJ and his amazing team, we were able to make it to the rodeo on time. Super friendly, professional, and reliable – 100% recommend! Awesome service! Greetings from Germany!

The blower for the AC in my car went completely out and the AC wasn't blowing cold like it should before it went out. I googled "highly reviewed mechanic near me" and that pulled up Jackson's Auto Care. I took my car down there and they were able to get to it right away! They had the blower motor replaced within a couple hours and called to let me that it looked like the AC was just under charged and quoted me to have it charged properly. I had the compressor replaced a while back and it just never cooled right. I had been quoted in the past to get the AC up to par and that shop quoted me a new compressor (the one in place was a year old and they said it was leaking), evaporator and condenser coil and a filter dryer, a quote over $3k dollars. Jackson's Auto Care got my AC cooling like new for less than $400! I dropped my car off and had it back in the same day! I put off getting the AC repaired for years because I was under the assumption that the repair was going to be really expensive. We were so impressed that the next day we dropped my wife's car off to have the AC fixed. It was intermittently failing and with summer around the corner, we wanted to make sure it was working as well. They diagnosed it right away and found that the compressor was failing. They quoted us right there and got the part ordered and installed and we had the car back the next day! We got both cars cooling for less than half of what I was quoted for just my car alone. I can't recommend Jackson's Auto Care enough! They have our business from here on out. They were great right from the start and maintained great communication from start to finish and they were HONEST! I'd give 10 stars if I could! Thanks again!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this shop has been nothing short of a nightmare. I paid thousands of dollars for an engine swap on my Ford Expedition, only to have issue after issue. When I picked up my vehicle, the sidestep bar was missing, and I was told it was already broken — which both I and another mechanic later confirmed was not true. My horn, which worked before, suddenly stopped working after their work. The check engine lights were off, but the battery light has remained on ever since. Not even a month later, while driving on I-35, another driver flagged me down because oil was gushing from underneath my SUV. At the dealership, they found missing bolts from the engine installation and a hole where the oil flows through — patched up in a way that looked deliberate. This is beyond negligence; it’s dangerous. On top of that, their customer service is just as bad. When I informed OJ of the situation and asked to honor the warranty, he became angry and even threatened not to honor it. Throughout the process, there has been constant gaslighting, delays, and excuses. My AC was “fixed” but not actually troubleshooted, and my family’s other vehicles that were worked on here have also had serious issues, including a gasoline smell after paying thousands for repairs. This shop rushes jobs, cuts corners, and refuses accountability. Based on what I’ve gone through, I would strongly warn anyone considering them: do NOT trust this shop with your vehicle. Update the rotors and pads and labor he charged me for in June were never done!!!
