At a time when we thought our car had catastrophic damage that was going to force us to have to buy a new car, Christian Brothers came through with flying colors! During this time, we were also in search of a new auto repair after losing faith in our previous repair services who has serviced our vehicles for nearly 20 years (reasons I would prefer not to divulge)! Though originally taking our vehicle to Christian Brothers for a serious electrical problem involving the ABS module Kent and his crew through their determination, dedication and devotion to ensuring their customers are safe and sound on the road we're able to not only diagnose and fix the ABS issue, but through their thorough inspection process which included a report with pictures (maintaining impeccable transparency) we're able to find and fix other matters of concern with our vehicle! Because of the outstanding service that we were provided by Christian Brothers they have secured the spot as our number one auto service support!

Pretty upset with how our vehicle was handled. In good faith, I paid our sales ticket 2 days ahead of when the vehicle could be picked up. When my partner went to go pick up the vehicle (she was out of the country and had limited communication), she was asked to pay the ticket again. I was working and couldn't take her call when she got back into town, so she paid the ticket not knowing that I already had done so. It's hard to believe that a POS system didn’t detect and flag a paid-for ticket, especially to the tune of hundreds of dollars. They issued her a refund of course, but she's now out of pocket hundreds of dollars while the transaction is reversed, and it's anyone's guess as to how long that can take. I wasn't really offered much more than a "My bad, I'm sorry" when I called the shop to discuss, but I don't really know what else could have been offered. The vehicle is already paid for and we live out of state. Very disappointing.

I took my 2022 F-150 in for a mechanical issue on March 23rd. It took them a couple of days to get back to me, and I had to follow up. I wasn’t thrilled with that delay. Once I spoke with Rick about it, he really stepped up. Rick understood how urgent it was for me and made sure I got the truck back quickly with the job done right. I always trust in Christian brothers to take care of my vehicles. They also got me there in no time.

I went there months ago with engine problems, i live less than 10 minutes away. When i DROVE and dropped the car off for a $165 diagnosis a few days later i was told warranty won’t cover it and since they had to do a “deeper look” in the engine the price went up to $800 they needed or a lein would be put in place. And of course no price increase was discussed over the phone. I disputed it and still ended up paying $600 for a car i had to tow back to me when i dropped it off in driving conditions… nonetheless my car sat for months in my parking lot as they said ultimately i need a entire engine replacement. Fast forward today using another mechanic my car is driving again turns out i didn’t need a new engine and just needed some parts to be realigned… got it done for $700 including parts, work, and diagnosis. Please reconsider going here. I will forever clown on this “mechanic shop”

A poorly managed CBA location. Been to other CBA locations. I don't suggest this one. Drove 55 miles for my appointment. Trivial issue with the car. I was told to leave it there because they had to "call in" a "senior mechanic" to look at it. This is called "not planning ahead". My appointment was 4 days in advance. Parking lot was very over crowded, no place to park. Business seemed very backed up with work. From what I saw, the atmosphere was permeated with incompetence.
