Never like to down talk someone but… sent my 7.3 there for loss of oil pressure. Told me I was first in line but then I didn’t get an update until a whole week later. Said I needed an hpop (knew it wasn’t the problem but who knows maybe I was thinking stupid) quoted me $3200. About a week later after that I started texting and calling over and over wouldn’t answer the phone. I had to take off work and drive over an hour to the shop to get an update. Then he told me they needed to pull the motor so I gave them the green light to do so. Finally found the problem. $6500 later and literally hardly no calls or texts after sending multiple texts and calls back to back to him he finally tells me it’s done after 2 months. Pick it up and went to start it in the morning and the same problem ! Started looking around and they forgot to put on multiple things such as dowel pins which caused grooving into the front cover and hook up grounds and tighten ALOT of stuff. I’ve literally had to go thru the whole front of the truck and tighten a ton of stuff. Also my dually fender is now broken and full of red paint (which they denied of doing of course). And now it’s leaking oil not even a week later from the oil pan and I don’t want to send it back and wait another 2 months. And I’m not the only one who has paid thousands to these people for their stuff to still be broke. If you too want to spend thousands and come home with a broken & scratched up truck then bring it here.

They had me in and out in an hour with a workable fix till I could get back home, despite having a ford fusion auto and not a DIESEL truck….lol. Totally missed that from the web description. These folks are legit. Front desk service is top notch and the servicemen were efficient and professional. If I were local and owned a diesel truck I’d go no place else.

Gave me a price when I dropped the truck off for the work discussed and gave me a clear timeline of what to expect. They got my truck in and made the repairs quickly and texted me quickly letting me know of some additional maintenance needed. When picking up my truck, there were no surprises as I paid the price that we agreed on. My truck was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off with them. Highly recommend, I will be back.
