Wanted to try shopping local and support a small business instead of going to Discount Tire, where we usually go. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. They installed one correctly sized tire and one tire that was the wrong size, which caused my vehicle to be off balance. They also broke my lug nuts, tire was flat with a big hole and I had to return twice to try to get everything fixed. In the end, I went back to Discount Tire to get the service I originally needed. We won't be returning to Big Boys.

Had a blowout on 45 right by the Dog Track and the jack in my car wouldn’t lift it enough to change myself. Called Big Boys #3 on the advice of the Shell station attendant. Although he didn’t have a mobile rig, they came out, pulled the tire off, took it AND the spare (which was flat) back to the shop and came back with a good tire mounted to my rim as well as a ready-to-go spare. I was able to finish the rest of the commute home without any issue at all. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Very fair price considering the tire replacement and roadside service. If I run into anymore tire issues while in the area, this will hands down be the first place I go. Great job Big Boys #3 and Thank You again!
