Urgent Mobile Tires

READ THIS!! These fools are scammers. got a used tire and everything was supposed to be 180, reasonable right. Now I've had two dents on the rim for a while, months without putting air and it's never gone out on me. The technician took the tire to the shop and the manager calls and says that I have a crack in the rim and that it was going to be an extra $100 to fix it. I told them that I do not have a crack on the rim and that I know my tires. Tho they insisted that there was a crack so I asked for a picture and they send me a picture of the whole rim with two dents that I already had saying that they used three tires on the rim. I've seen other people replace the tire on those rims with no issue nd the reason why the tire went flat is because the stabilizer tie rod was loose (this the second time) and the tire was wobbly so it eventually gave out on one side of the tire. They didn't know that though so he said it's going to be an extra hundred to fix the rim and I said No just put sealant, slap the tire on and that's it I'm trying to go. The manager said "Well my guy is probably already fixing it so there's no use calling him. Just write a good review". The technician gets to my car and I told him that the stabilizer was loose that I just tightened and he's like oh okay then proceeds to put the tire and ask how much the manager charged me and I said regular price he goes no it's going to be 280 I said "nah, Y'all didn't even fix nothing it still has the two dents so why are you charging me an extra $100 just to put silicone or sealant"? And most shops would do it for free or charge$10 at max. Manager gets on the phone and says Well you don't have any money so just do $220 so I gave them the $$220 to leave. So be careful and know what you're talking about.

Despite the negative reviews, I tried to use this service/business last night. I was in a parking lot in Richmond, TX and got a flat tire and needed immediate help. I texted the number provided and got replies right away. But after confirming the price as well as having a tech sent out, nobody showed up. An hour went by and the person that replied to my texts, gave me a call and explained that he wasn't able to get a hold of his tech. This was after an hour of waiting. I told him there's no need to worry about it and to just cancel what I tried to order. This is not a legit business.

Very bad customer service. He keeps saying he will come and service my tires and just never showed up. Full of lies and waste of time waiting for him.

I'll be honest this review isn't about service it's the text conversation i had with them, they wanted $228 for a tire, I didn't need a new tire, my flat was fixable or it could be PATCHED, sent them all the info plus picture of the tire after refusing their service I was quoted $178. Still to much. Found someone to come out and fix it for $75.

I had one of the worst experiences of my life... Was delayed by the road side for hours... Prices were changed again and again during negotiations, which was full of lies and deceits... And I was charged $200+ just to fix a tire... Please stay off this company! It's a big scam and sham of a company!
