Absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! I came to this place 2nd. The first place I went to was”Dr.Flash” told me there was a leak with my transmission, they would need to keep my car for about a week, the cost would be around $3300 ect ect. I then checked with “Auto Tech” and they confirmed that no the issue was an oil leak from my engine and a simple hose needed replacement, cost $230, they finished the job in an hour and a half tops. Not only that, the men are SOOOOO HELPFUL!! Very respectful, very honest and transparent!! I will literally ONLY come here if I ever have anything I need done with my car. Even ChatGPT referred me to them saying they were reliable and honest and they literally were nothing less. From the phone call over the phone to the point of getting the issue fixed.

View on GoogleI don’t usually post negative reviewers but this was egregious. Unfortunately, I had an extremely disappointing experience at Auto Technologies this afternoon. Upon entering the lobby, my children and I were not greeted. This quickly turned into us being blatantly ignored. The gentleman behind the counter, and three other employees (one sitting on the lobby couch) watched myself and my children walk in but chose to willfully disregard our presence. The shop was not busy—this was not a case of “oops! We didn’t see you there”. This was a concerted effort to refuse to acknowledge us. It’s frustrating to feel completely invisible in a place where customer service should be a priority. If they can’t be bothered to greet or even acknowledge customers, how can I trust them with my vehicle? We left without saying a word (as nothing had been said to us). Needless to say, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
