Tesla Service Houston Richmond

Got my car repaired here and after I took it home the trim cover they removed to make the repairs broke. Now they want me to pay to have it replaced when it was them who either did not put it back right or broke it. Now they are trying to charge me $700 to have it replaced after a $2200 repaired they did.

I was really impressed by how friendly and patient the staff here were; they’re in a league of their own compared to the team at Tesla Westchase.

Really good experience with the service team here. I was able to reach someone on the phone when I called both times, the service advisor actually had a lead technician look into my issue remotely and let me know what likely needed repair. Unfortunately I did have to wait for my scheduled appointment as they did not have any mobile service available sooner. On the day of my service, Jeff really took the time to listen and acknowledge my issue. His sense of humor was unparalleled, and it really put me at ease. Also, kudos to the technician who performed the actual repair, my issue was resolved the same day and so far car is running great!

Awful service specifically from Allison the manager. I came 3 weeks ago to get a few repairs done, but also to get my windshield inspected. My windshield cracked about two months ago as I was coming down my driveway. I bought this car 130,000 cash, I have no reason to lie about this as money is not an issue, and if something had actually hit it I would happily get it fixed out of pocket I have no problem with that However, nothing hit it. Last time I came, the glass inspector also said it looked natural and just needed manager approval. I come 3 weeks later, and Allison the manager decides to override her glass inspector and is saying that something hit it, when I know for 100% certain nothing did. The moment my two rear tires came down from the driveway was the exact moment it cracked, there are no rocks, trees or anything that caused this. She refuses to cover it. I know she doesn’t represent Tesla the company, but this is some very poor customer service. She without saying it outright believes I’m lying and told me about how stress fractures form and how this isn’t the case, whereas I am 1000% certain this was a defect and not my own wrongdoing. Allison should lose her job and get fired for the horrible customer service she provided today. This is not right, very upset. Don’t come here, they don’t take care of their customers. They will lie to you in order to save money instead

I called regarding the Self Parking feature no longer working. The service department insisted that I provide a credit card in case the service was not under warranty even though my car is right at five months old and has a little over 1,500 miles. I found out independently, that the Self Parking feature is no longer a standard feature, and that was the only reason it stopped working. The service department was obviously aware of this and was going to charge me $120 to run an unneeded diagnostic check when the "problem" was pretty obvious. I feed used and taken advantage of, but at least I still have my $120 because I canceled the service.
